Policies, Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Courtney’s Creations!
Please review the Terms & Conditions in full before sending payment.
A 50% nonrefundable retainer is due at the time of booking for all orders over $100. All orders under $100 must be paid in full at time of booking. Once retainer is paid, your date is booked and the remaining balance is due one week before your event date, unless otherwise discussed. NO EXCEPTIONS!
RUSH ORDER POLICY: Orders placed within one week of event date require full payment within 24 hours and are subject to a $25 rush fee.
CANCELLATIONS: Please contact me directly for any and ALL cancellations. As mentioned before, retainer is non refundable, but may be transferred to a different date, if available.
CUSTOM CAKES: I will not copy any cake or treat 100% but will attempt to match colors and themes to the best of my ability.
DAMAGE POLICY: Upon taking possession of your order, Courtney’s Creations is not responsible for ANY damage occurred during transport, set-up or any time thereafter.
ALLERGY DISCLOSURE: Products may contain or come in contact with milk, wheat, nuts, and/or other allergens. It is the responsibility of the client to inform Courtney’s Creations along with his/her guests of this fact. Courtney’s Creations is not responsible & will not be held liable for any allergic reactions or injuries sustained as a result of consumption.
Do not leave items out in the heat. We are not responsible for melted items.
